Abstract: The objective of the research was to develop an insight into the management practices of organizations providing care to the adult disabled people. Unlike disabled children, adult disabled have long suffered negligence in tenns of receiving medical care and services either through govemmt:nt hodies or through civil society initiatives. The study is focussed on organizations catering to the unmet needs of the adult disabled people. This called for adhering to Qualitative Research Methodology. Every different view was given voice. Since the research context was chosen on the grounds of researcher's own interest to gain insight into the management processes of NGOs working with disabled people, there was enough flexibility in terms of selecting the stakeholder groups and the researched within these groups.
